Our Mission
Care2Care Homeless Outreach CIC is dedicated to supporting vulnerable homeless persons, armed forces veterans and their families through comprehensive medical assessments, treatment, and signposting to essential services. Our team, led by award-winning nurse Major Eric Teague-Hellon Rtd, strives to improve health outcomes and provide vital resources such as hot food, clothing, and hygiene products. We are committed to making a positive impact in the community, supporting the Armed Forces Covenant and advocating for those in need. Our team is made up of Nurses, Military Veterans and members of the Health in Justice team.
